Privacy policy

• Order data: first and last name, telephone, email, delivery address or branch, order contents, payment method. For legal entities and sole proprietors — company name, EDRPOU or RNOKPP code, bank details.
• Enquiry data: what you write in the contact form, in messengers or by email.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referral source, cookie identifiers.

We do not collect bank card data: payment is handled by the payment service, and we receive only its confirmation.

• accepting, confirming and fulfilling orders, including passing data to the carrier for delivery;
• contact about an order, consultations, warranty cases and returns;
• compliance with accounting and tax legislation;
• protecting the website from fraud and automated requests;
• traffic analytics to improve the website and the catalogue;
• news and offers — only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Grounds for processing under Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”:

• conclusion and performance of the sale and purchase contract — order data;
• your consent — mailings, optional cookies;
• obligations under the law — retention of primary documents;
• legitimate interest — website security and prevention of abuse.

• order data and payment documents — at least 1095 days from the filing of the tax return, as the Tax Code of Ukraine requires; then deleted or anonymised;
• enquiries without an order — up to 12 months;
• technical analytics data — for the periods set by the service, usually up to 26 months;
• mailing data — until consent is withdrawn.

Only those without whom an order cannot be fulfilled or the website kept running:

• carriers — Nova Poshta LLC and JSC Ukrposhta: name, telephone and delivery branch;
• the payment service [заповнити] — for online payment;
• Google — reCAPTCHA to protect forms from bots and, with your consent, Google Analytics for traffic analytics;
• the hosting provider and the email service that keep the website running and deliver messages.

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Data is transferred outside Ukraine only to services with an adequate level of protection.

Essential cookies keep the basket, the language choice and form protection working. The website does not work without them, so no consent is needed.

Analytics cookies show which pages and products interest visitors. We set them only after your consent in the cookie notice.

You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” you have the right to:

• know which of your data we process and receive a copy of it;
• demand correction of inaccurate data;
• demand deletion of data where there are no legal grounds to keep it;
• withdraw consent to processing;
• object to processing;
• complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or apply to a court.

The website runs over HTTPS. Only the staff who process orders have access to order data. Forms are protected from automated submissions by rate limiting and reCAPTCHA.

We update this policy when services or legislation change. The current version, with its update date, is always published on this page.
